“Good service”
“Staff was accommodating but the Doctor that issued my Medical certificate was rude and disrepectful to me. I arrived at the clinic around 3:45pm (closing time is 5pm) and upon meeting him to read my lab results, he raised his voice at me, telling me why I came late and I should have come early because he’s about to go, (he seemed angry and literally I have no idea what was that all about. I was completely confused and surprised about his attitude towards me and also he commented things about me that I think were super irrelevant because at the first place I don’t owe him an explanation and I am already paid the service. But still I maitained my calmness and still respect him because he’s a Doctor and let him proceed to do his task and waited for my Med cert. Can’t drop his name because his penmanship was unreadable. Never going back there though.”
