La Nueva Pharmacy Talisay

I have mix feelings about the Pharmacy it isn't bad but it can use some improvements Services and Availability, : - La Nueva have a good amount of items from cleaning, food packages and plastics, to the snacks and ingredients available and most importantly Medicine and Health supplies. They have also school supplies and other items but compared to 7-11 it isn't really much (but again this is a pharmacy while the other is a convenience store) -They have eggs! -The Pharmacy prices really varies some are kinda pricey but not to the point its way too much and some a lot of items available like the eggs i mentioned, drinks and etc. are reasonably priced. -I really like using their financial services (E-tap machine) here, it has no fee and it is also super quick and easy, though there are times where it isn't available due to technical issues, i cant really blame the establishment for those sudden issues. -The Pharmacy is neat and organize inside. - They have a simple bench which is good enough, it at least let the customer rest for a bit. - They have a decently sized parking space which is appreciated. Improvement: -I feel they lack staff, A lot of customers have to wait for a long time to get their items checked and paid, I hope they have more people around given that the pharmacy is decently sized and have 3 or 4 main counters near the medicine section and 2 near the entrance. -I know that a lot of times the passer by are to blame for the trash but as a pharmacy, I think it is needs to take note of the cleanliness outside too as it is a pharmacy after all. It would be better if they put trash cans (doesn't have to be big, it can be those trash cans that separates wastes) and have a sign that are strict about cleanliness.

The problem is the parking space. Not suited for 4 wheels. Just pray that there is no one in the parking lot. Big space but the extra parking space is close I don't know their reason. Preferred by walking or motorbike not 4 wheels

This is where I usually buy medicines since it's very close to the district hospital. However, my experience has been very disappointing due to the following reasons: -the staff are very rude. I once overheard them mocking the low salary of nurses, speaking loudly without any concern for who might be listening. -there have been instances of dishonesty with giving the correct change. -they treat people poorly, especially those they perceive as less well-off. -their customer service is extremely poor. -they often lie and behave unprofessionally. I WONDER IF THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE REALLY CARE ABOUT THE STAFFS AND HOW THEY ARE BEHAVING?!
