Despite reading several negative reviews—which is common—my wife and I had a positive experience at the clinic. The facility is very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Although long wait times appear to be a common issue for patients, I didn't find this to be a major problem, as many clinics and hospitals have similar delays. Finally, we found the staff to be accommodating and polite from our very first visit.

Fast reply, I asked via messenger how much it costs for a service, and they were able to reply and answer upfront. The number in their facebook profile is not reachable so I guess better to message them via messenger.

Doctor's Schedule is not being followed. You will wait a whole day before being called in. This clinic is good only for APE and lab tests. If you are going to get a checkup better go somewhere else as you will spend a minimum of 4 hours. Waiting time in FUMC is way better and FUMC is not even remotely fast. I got here at 9 am and got done at 5pm. One of the receptionists is rude too. Worst clinic experience I had.
