I had a very positive experience! The doctor was attentive, took time to listen to all my concerns, and explained my diagnosis clearly. The staff were friendly, the clinic was clean, and the wait time was minimal. Highly recommended! Professional and compassionate service. I felt comfortable throughout my visit, and they followed up to check on my recovery. Great care from start to finish.

Poor coordination between nurses and the system. I waited for over an hour, only to find out that the doctor had already left without informing me. Nurses failed to properly guide patients, showing lack of management and professionalism.

Our experience at Klinikaya Guadalupe was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, the nurse at the front desk on the ground floor assigned us to the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) department for an appointment scheduled from 11 AM to 1 PM. We arrived promptly at 10:30 AM, only to find out from the second-floor nurse that the doctors might not adhere strictly to their schedules and that they would notify us when the doctor was available. Unfortunately, this lack of punctuality meant that we were left waiting without immediate consultation. Furthermore, the demeanor of the nurse at the front desk was less than welcoming; she appeared to be rather grumpy throughout our interaction. This, coupled with the uncertainty surrounding the doctor's availability, left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experience. In conclusion, while Klinikaya Guadalupe may offer medical services, their scheduling and communication processes could certainly be improved to provide a more efficient and pleasant experience for patients.
