Great service!

Got my furbaby confined here for a day for 3K because she was 20 kg. They updated me about her condition during that time. We took her home the next morning and were advised to bring her back for a follow-up check-up. They also told us to inform them if she showed any unusual behavior. However, during her medication at home, whenever we noticed something unusual or had doubts about how to care for her, we reached out—but they never responded. I even asked about her leash and got no reply. I'm not sure if that's their standard procedure—not responding once a pet is discharged—but I just went there to get the leash when I had time. In person, their staff were professional and accommodating. But over text, it felt like I was talking to a completely different person—no compassion, no concern for pets. 😔
