The front desk woman is not approachable and so greedy. will remove you from your therapist even you have valid reasons why you cant attend and even you always notify them early. I was trying to refund my deposit and she said it was used for payment for late cancellations and I was asking her to provide a date where I did cancelled late but she cant provide.
Unprofessional and rude admin, only after the money with no empathy to their clients' situation, they're in the wrong business if they act this way. Unclean place too and smells bad. I'd give them 0 star if I can. Do not recommend this filthy place, go to other therapy centres who will treat you and your child with respect.
