KEM Hearing Aid Center

We were looking to get my dad a hearing aid since he has been having trouble hearing us for years. We were hesitant at first because of our past experience with hearing aids for my grandfather. After visiting several hearing aid centers for tests and fittings, we were getting frustrated— everything was out of our budget, and most of the staff didn’t explain things well. Then we came across this establishment, and it was a breath of fresh air. Enrique (the owner) is incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. He has the experience and, more importantly, the patience to work with clients. He offered us a price we were happy with, and most importantly, my dad is comfortable wearing the hearing aids. There’s no discomfort because Enrique custom-molded each earpiece—none of those generic plugs. He carefully explained every detail while tuning the frequencies to my dad’s preferences. He even offers home service if you need any adjustments to the devices! I honestly can’t fault anything about this hearing aid center. Great people, excellent service, and fair pricing.
