“Doctors and health workers are great and very caring. The problem is on the people at the front desk - they are so LOUD! Cursing, giggling, laughing, and their phones are in max volume. You can literally hear their Tiktok fyp playing sa buong clinic. Take note, seniors ang patients nila and are waiting for operation. No professionalism at all! They won’t even help open doors for senior patients - chika is life!”
“I initially visited for an ENT check-up but was referred to an ophthalmologist, who found nothing wrong with my eyes. I later consulted another ENT doctor and discovered an issue with my sinuses. While the ophthalmologist was very welcoming, I believe the ENT could improve the thoroughness of their check-ups.”
