Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by Jurisvet. We brought in our cat on Christmas Day for emergency corrective stitching after her previous vet in Mandaluyong, who performed the spay procedure, did not properly close the wound. Doc Jing and Doc Mai were extremely accommodating and reassuring throughout the process. They clearly explained the surgery procedure, and the hospital staff provided regular updates during her confinement, which gave us great peace of mind. We brought our cat in after visiting multiple vets who couldn’t figure out what was wrong. This vet hospital was the only one that truly took the time to listen, run the right tests, and give us clear explanations. Their team was patient, skilled, and genuinely cared about our cat’s recovery. Thanks to them, our cat is finally healthy again. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pets. Highly recommend!

We had our cat confined here due to an emergency situation. I booked an appointment the night before, and they were incredibly responsive even at around 8–9 PM. I brought my cat first thing in the morning and we were accommodated right away. They immediately placed him on emergency catheterization. We were honestly terrified and thought our cat might be dying, but the team here turned everything around. Although we were heartbroken seeing his condition, we felt reassured knowing he would receive all the tests and treatments he needed. Doc Em was very approachable, and we greatly appreciate the care she provided for our cat. The hospital staff were just as kind and attentive. They were considerate and responsive, frequently keeping us updated. Even though visiting hours were limited, they never failed to inform us about our cat’s condition. The services may be on the pricier side, but they have considerate options and truly prioritize their patients’ well-being. After 5 days, our cat was discharged, and we were given clear instructions and medications to help him recover at home. We hope our cat never has to go through something like this again, but we would definitely recommend this hospital.
