I had a very good experience. The staff was very nice. Service was fast.

Staffs were all well informed not only in their products but also in glasses and what the customers need in glasses overall. Accommodating even though there are so many customers. They talk to customers nicely and don't rush decisions. Also, I brought my own frame. They can replace just the lenses of your frame as long as the manufacturer checks first if the lenses they have will fit to be molded into the frame. The only cons is that they don't have a warranty that you can replace the lenses since you didn't buy the frame from them. They are also cheap compared to going to the mall to get them replaced. The staff just said that next time if they only replace the lenses, it would be better if I get a full night's sleep since my vision changes when I'm awake. Doc also made sure when he checked my eyes for reading and started with my current eyeglasses before adjusting them. If you go to them yourself and have your entire glasses replaced, including the frame, it's also much cheaper than going to a dealer, which is almost the same price, and there's a downside when you have to go back to a dealer since some glasses are specially made, like double vista or progressive lenses.

The ophthalmologist at the Biñan branch was quite rude. He assumed I wasn’t giving accurate answers, even though the lenses weren’t properly cleaned. He kept moving the device and expected quick responses from me. I’m sure the problem was that the lenses weren’t wiped properly. ❌
