I won't go back anymore. The doctor didn't even weigh my cat He said he injected antibiotics and dewormer to my cat without even knowing the weight of my cat Didn't gave receipt, I have to ask for it 1000 treatment includes the 2 injections and I guess the pf, I think. 350 for the Myrevit multivitamins that I saw on shopee was just 60 pesos for 120ml, the other one is also 350 is theantibiotic. I said I will pay thru gcash the vet said cash only even though I saw that there is a posted gcash QR code at the counter. Edit to reply: it took me 3 days to think through what happened during out visit..make sure that I'm not saying things out of emotion. Yes, I decided not to buy the 2 medicines in this clinic since when I go out to find a gcash outlet to cash out and was thinking how come that the vet is charging us 1700. I searched it online how much are those medicine and decided that it's overpriced. I understand that there is a profit margin but it's too much. When i went back, I politely told the vet that I'm not taking the medicine and will just pay for the treatment fee. As a fur parent, you're so concerned and shocked by what's happening to your pet, you cannot think straight anymore. I'm thankful that I got some time to think through what's happening. Of all the clinic that I went through here in Bocaue, this is the only time that my cat wasn't weighed and was given injections of antibiotics and dewormer. The comparison is not even close to the situation. My cat is not a wild animal and was very behaved during our visit. I understand that it's going to be a hard to weigh a wild animal. They would probably have to put the wild animal to sleep to do that. So I guess that's where the estimation applies. We go and pay a vet professional since we believe in them. We don't go around and try to medicate our pets ourselves because again, we believe that vets are trustworthy and they know best. But not doing the basic as weighing the cat is not understandable. I was truly thankful when I first entered the clinic because I'm so worried for my cat and your clinic is the only open clinic. Again, thank you doc. I asked another vet and they said you cannot just estimate since other cats look thin but could weigh a lot.
