They made sure that waiting time was kept to a minimum by texting me when my turn was just a few minutes away, so I didn't have to come early. (clinic was so busy even on a weekend)

Dr. Kristeen and staff are nice and accommodating. They loved my Choco and they provided me with information about choco's health. The price for vaccines and deworming, etc are affordable. It ranges from 300 to 700 pesos. What I love about JM Padrinao Animal Clinic is that, they are always smiling.

I can't say anything bad with regard to the service they provided. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. However, I was just offended and felt discriminated by whoever is handling their customer service thru the phone. Days before I went to the clinic, I texted them to check on their availability and charges. They were accomodating when I asked for my beagle puppy, but then when I asked for grooming services for my aspin dog, I got nothing. 3 days after that, I texted them again concerning the beagle, they immediately responded. So, when I first went to the clinic, I only brought my beagle and didn't ask for the aspin. The same goes for my second visit. Before my third visit, I texted them again because I have a conflict with my schedule. During the conversation, I asked again for their grooming services for the aspin; again, I got nothing. Several hours after that, I called them out for their lack of concern. They responded few hours after that but, I still decided to opt for a more accommodating pet care provider. I wrote this review because I can't look past this lind of treatment. Still, thanks.
