Charging your customer without informing them prior doing it is a BIG RED FLAG! 🚩Hospitable approach pero the fact na we thought you guys are kind enough to just cut the nails and do a little cuts on my pet without telling me that I was going to be charge for ₱250? You guys are just after for money.

Services are very expensive but we were barely accommodated. Staffs ate unprofessional and vets are obviously just after the money.

Poor customer management. My cat and I waited OUTSIDE, UNDER THE SUN'S HEAT. There were 3 pet owners inside and the lady on duty told us to wait outside. One pet owner already went home and the lady didn't let us in right away. So why we aren't accommodated ASAP? It doesn't make any sense. This lady managing the customers seems to be only accommodating pet owners who came in with cars. Never again.
