JINS SM Aura Premier

I’ve never written a Google review for any shop before, but I just had to for JINS SM Aura. I went there thinking of replacing my current glasses because they were making me dizzy. I spoke to one of their opticians, Sir Jayson, and instead of immediately suggesting I buy a new pair, he checked my old glasses first and said we should try fixing them before deciding to replace them. He worked on my glasses – which, by the way, aren’t even from JINS – and did everything he could to make them fit better and feel more comfortable. He added silicone nose pads and adjusted the frame perfectly. The best part is, he didn’t even charge me for it. I truly appreciate his honesty, expertise, and kindness. Highly recommend JINS SM Aura and Sir Jayson for their outstanding service.

Really happy with my experience. I got 2 frames plus lenses here. Normally the optometrician gives me my exact grade, which gives me really bad headaches while wearing the glasses. Dr. Karl was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with the new lenses as my grade got higher this year. Sales attendants also guided me with picking new frames and showed me ones that were not yet on display. I will be bringing my siblings here for their annual checkup. 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Satisfaction
