Very disappointed with their system! I went to the clinic at 6 AM, before they opened at 7, just to get a reservation number. Staff told us the doctor would arrive at 10 AM, so we waited. After more than 7 hours, still no doctor—and worse, the staff couldn’t even provide any information on whether the doctor was coming at all. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and trust.
