First time I've heard of this clinic and I somehow instantly knew this was a great place to have my sister's eyes checked. I wasn't wrong. Their processes were a breeze from end to end: from setting up an appointment, to a resched since they recommended a more suitable doctor for my sister's case (which we highly appreciated!), welcoming us at their door with everyone being super professional, to the actual eye tests and consultation. The clinic was pristine, tech they used for the procedures looked state of the art, the doctors who handled my sister were really professional and caring, even the supporting staff were well-versed and knowledgeable about the clinic's procedures. Japan Eye Center feels like they're really invested in what they do, in the place and the professionals they hire and I hope more people get to discover and experience the value they bring to the ophthalmology community and the medical community all in all. I expect nothing but great things from everyone there. Will surely be our go-to for everything eye-related and will no doubt recommend this clinic to friends and family.
