Excellent surgeon! Excellent Office Assistants! Kristine and Crystal have replied to all my text messages and phone calls on time. Excellent Team in the operation room! The price for a cataract surgery was very competitive and I didn't feel like I was being charged as a "foreigner." I strongly recommend Dr. Billy.
