iVision Cataract and LASIK Center

I had my cataract operation 2013 by Dr. Heredia. I only have kind words for the staffs most especially for Doc Heredia. They gave us courteous attention even we are PhilHealth financed. We were so many patients then, cnevertheless maayos ang results ng cataract operation . I hope they still maintain accessible and compassionate service to all. God bless .

Although the staff here was nice during my LASIK screening 3 weeks ago, they kept me waiting for my surgery. They said I have to wait for the gas (of the machine) to arrive from Singapore before I can set an appointment for LASIK. I waited over a week and still no progress. Their staff didn't have the initiative to call or text me for updates, and sometimes unresponsive. I have to be the first one to contact them. On the following week, they scheduled my surgery on Aug.19, 1 pm. Then on the day of my surgery, they called to move the time from 1 pm to 3 pm because there was an emergency that my surgeon needed to attend to. So I showed up at 2:30 pm as instructed, only to get a call from my surgeon Dr. Feliciano that they have to postpone my surgery until next Tuesday, Aug.26 because the machine isn't working and he even told me he wasn't informed I’m having LASIK done that day. As of this writing, I haven’t heard from them. I used to think they were great, but not anymore! This review is for their frustrating customer service only. I think their doctors are good -- Dr. Feliciano even brags about all of his patients getting 20/20 vision. I just find it inappropriate and unprofessional to cancel ON THE DAY of the surgery for no apparent reason, give false reassurances, and keep patients waiting. With that being said, I won’t recommend them. I moved on and went to another reputable clinic that can give better services... and you should, too!
