The response to your texts is really slow, I think you're angry. I was just asking if it's possible to walk in. The answer was "TODAY, MAAM!" That's why I asked because I might go to your clinic, but I'm happy because you might still have an appointment. I hope you'll adjust your approach. I didn't say it was today because it's already late, I'm just asking in advance so that if I have an appointment, I can set the schedule right away.
