A more affordable clinical laboratory alternative to the bigger hospitals and clinics. The place is a surprise---it's clean, and they have respectful, kind and professional personnel. They go out of their way make the patient feel as comfy as possible, even allowing a photo op during a procedure so the patient can send to loved ones. They also have a smooth process from inquiry to the actual procedure, although it can still be improved---for one, filling out of forms should have been done online instead of doing it on site. Overall, a very good experience.

I had wonderful experience at iScan! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean the facility was.The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. I was particularly grateful to the phlebotomist who was incredibly gentle since it was my first time and i was nervous much less stressful.The person at the counter also showed exceptional care by prioritizing me because I hadn't eaten yet.This attention to detail made a huge difference. I highly recommend iScan for their excellent service and care.

It's not common for a medical facility to have good service, but iScan has great quality service! They reply fairly quickly in Messenger and text, they answer your inquiries politely. Everyone at the center were also accommodating. Most of all, their MRI scan was affordable! I'm from Laguna but the travel to Manila city branch was very worth it!
