Highly recommended! Thank you to Ms.Michelle & Sir Jordan - efficient and very professional for exceptional customer service and patient care.,it all means to me. The service is very organize and the facility is clean.It is amazing to feel so well cared for, and have people we can turn to with questions and queries before the procedure and booked appointment same day.

Courteous staff. CT procedure I asked about was priced ~P10k lower than in hospitals. Guard gave a queue number. Reception staff resolved my query fully. Reception assistant even had to go to another floor to gather info about my query. Their Messenger staff also reply quickly.

Before my procedure, I made inquiries on their FB page. Iscan immediately responded to my queries. On the day of my procedure, the receptionist and technicians were very helpful. They gave clear instructions and made me feel relaxed. Their facility is new, very clean. They have lockers for clients, bins available for used gowns and linen, toilets are PWD-friendly. They gave me my CT scan plates before leaving, and they sent me my results thru email within 24 hours.
