Such a wonderful team. Friendly and professional. I like the fact that the clinic location is quiet and away from the buzz of the mall. Dr Hal and Dr Camara are thorough and takes good care of you. Highly recommended.

Very professional staff, expert in their own fields and very accommodating. We are being taken cared of by Intercare Greenhills. The Clinic Manager is also commendable. Our family is already their patients for more than a decade. The Therapist became our friends along the way, with their gift of healing hands. They have personal touch, not only as a patient to treat but a patient to connect with. We know them by name: Lory( Clinic Manager), Ponte(Mayo Theraphy),Dom (Mayo Theraphy), Noel (Physical Theraphy), Richard (Physical Theraphy) our constant Therapists , while the new members are equally experts too... as they also treated us, I need to memorize your names :) Of course, Dr. Camara, Dr. Alex and Dr. Hal our Chiropractic Doctors... in one session, we felt the difference. Giving us relief after the bone adjustment. Thank you Intercare... for helping us to have a quality of life.

The place was great. The doctors and physicians were very accommodating. Though there are some problems regarding the receptionist. First problem. My schedule with intercare was always 8am. They knew thats my schedule from the start because i informed them from the start but there are times i was put on a schedule of 9am or 10am even though im already there at 8am. Their reason, someone requested ahead of me for my physician that was scheduled for me. My question was how long ago was that? Before giving away someone's scheduled physician please reconsider why people choose that time schedule for that day. Just because some rich people or close friends or longer loyal patients requested for it that you will give other people's schedule to them. Please treat all patient equally. Second problem. Why does a receptionist have the power to bypass what a doctor/s have instructed? There was one receptionist who doesnt listen to the patient or to the doctor/s. Whatever the doctor/s instructed, the receptionist will say to the patient that the doctor/s is wrong and then she will revise on her own what the doctor instructed and force it to the patients. She doesnt even listen to whats the patient is/was requesting and insist that the patient dont know anything. Third problem. The receptionist doesnt inform the patient scheduled for the day if there will be no physician available ahead of time. Feel sorry for patients who only work for a "no work no pay" basis for them to be absent on that day and upon arriving will just be informed that you dont have any physician for the day.
