Dr. Rob Winet of Intercare BGC is amazing! My chiropractic sessions with him are always fun and filled with lots of learning. The clinic staff are also great. They treat you with respect and greet you with warm smiles. What I love about their system is that they are very particular with time. A combination of treatments usually takes 1.5 hours. You get in and out as scheduled. Occasional lates are properly accommodated and they always manage to finish everything within a 1.5 hour period. The combination of treatments - chiropractic, PT or Myofascial release, and laser therapy - is worth every visit, especially for those suffering from chronic muscle pain and other related issues. Take note that they use Class 4 Medical Lasers, which penetrates deep tissues, promotes tissue healing and repair, reduces inflammation and increases circulation. I first came to Intercare BGC 6 months ago with high levels of anxiety. I never had chiropractic sessions before. But I was in a state of chronic neck, back and knee pain then. I had to try something new. After going through my first session, I realized that I did the right thing. After completing the treatment plan that Dr. Rob gave me, I now do maintenance as I understand the benefits of a healthier body and how the combination of therapies led to a pain-free and headache-free life. I found the motivation to go back to the gym, to my daily meditation and stretching routine since all are complementary to each other. And, my biggest motivation was — I never want to go back to where I started.
