“I want to share my experience as a first-time patient at this clinic. I messaged their page to ask about the schedule of my preferred OB, and the admin provided the available days, confirming that the OB would be in on Wednesday (03/05/2025). On the day of my appointment, I traveled at 1 PM in extreme heat, only to be informed by the front desk upon arrival that the OB was unavailable due to a conference. This was incredibly disappointing, as I had reached out beforehand, yet no one informed me of the change. With my condition, the heat, and the time spent traveling, it felt like a complete waste. I also messaged their page to share my feedback and address this issue, but my message was simply seen and ignored. There was no apology or acknowledgment of their disorganization from either the front desk or the page admin. I hope this doesn’t happen to any other pregnant patients or anyone seeking care at this clinic. Better communication and organization are a must.”
