First of all i was referred by the wife of my twin brother chanel to try this Dental Clinic Because my personal Dentist Dr Bongalin are already retired since 2020 due to covid situation that time i have no choice but to look for new Dental Clinic i can trust since i’m working abroad for 16 yrs. My first impression about their service thru to there dentist, disappointment! When we arrive at the clinic for my appointment they don’t know how to approach new clients, Second when i’m with the dentist already and discuss the history of my issue she don’t have firm solution that she needs to consult her boss which is given me to think that is she a professional or just a trainee inside. And when we about to start the process she suddenly ask if i eat already or not which is comply and say “i’m not” then she suddenly stop the process and ask me to come back later around 1pm, so i came back exact 1pm after i eat and then they let me rest for 10 minutes because they said they gonna take my BP however, they told me that they have problem with their BP machine which i have to wait again for more than 15minutes. Then suddenly they called my name again and bring me to the dentist who approach me before and she took her Manual BP to check on me however because of the stress and longer waiting time i experience and also the heat outside makes my BP little bit high and then she suddenly advised me again that she can’t perform the operation to my tooth, and she advised that i have to go to hospital to do check up and come back again! Now thats the point makes me disappointed, upset and i can sense that they are only making alibi to their service thru to their dentist. In short i just only pay simple consultation and xray and i can feel that they only cared to receive payment than to perform their obligation as Dental Clinic. Now i can say that they’re young and un experienced when they come in this kind of obligation as Dentist. I don’t advised this clinic to anybody especially to all my colleagues who are fully aware about this kind of situation.

Apathetic service. One of the worst. The monitor for xray is not working that is why we cannot proceed with the service and they STILL would want us to pay 600! We went there not for consultation but for pasta/extraction. They werent even apologizing for wasting our time and effort going to the dentist nor in the inavailability of their equipment.
