I went to their shop and have my pet groomed for the first time, but they didn't brush the teeth of my dog and they misplaced my membership card and told me to come back next week but still didn't find it...and I don't want to go back and forth for that membership card. Good thing that I didn't rate 1 star, and I won't bother to come back. Thank you.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM. YOUR PETS WILL LEAVE THAT CLINIC DEPRESSED, DIRTY, OR WORSE WITH A VIRUS OR INJURY! THE BILL IS ALSO OUTRAGEOUS!! THE CONFINEMENT FEE IS INSANE AND THEY WON'T EVEN TAKE CARE OF YOUR PET! DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. VET!

If you want your pet to be safe, just a friendly advice…DON’T bring them to this clinic. Our persian cat has suffered a permanent injury/disability, a dislocated hip, right after his grooming session. He was limping, in too much pain and was hiding after that. He was perfectly healthy before we brought him there. The arrangement was the vet/owner will visit Miko until he’s healed from the pain. But it seems that I have to run after her availability, not replying to my messages, not showing up on the schedule. That’s the least she can do to Miko, to give him a check-up. The poor cat has suffered so much already. So please…if you don’t want to go through the same thing, NEVER bring your pets to PET CROSSING ANIMAL CLINIC We brought him back to that clinic in less than 24 hours because they were closed after we finished the session. Nobody informed me anything about the injury. I jst found out after we returned home. They just gave some vitamins and pain reliever. I asked for an x-ray but they said they don’t have it there. ā€œJust observe for a couple of daysā€ was their advice. I found out that the ONLY TIME that a surgeon/vet can put back the joint in the right place under anesthesia, was within 24-48 hours, otherwise no chance to do that for the rest of his life. Obviously, they don’t want to spend. I kept quiet even it’s unacceptable because she was cooperating at first but I don’t have to always run after her. Is it because I am no longer in the Philippines? This is also the least thing I can do for Miko. To at least warn others to prevent this from happening to them. I just coudn’t attach the videos here. *No bad experience at King’s Road, I only did the x-ray there).
