One of the female doctors was very rude — one of the rudest I’ve ever met in my life. I hope she becomes a little bit more professional and kinder, especially since her work involves interacting with people. Other than that, the nurses and staff were nice, but the service is slow and very disorganized.
The services are slow, and some staff members are using their phones while on duty. The staff member assisting in the dental area was not approachable and appeared to add stress to clients who were undergoing their medical laboratory reviews. Frustrating.
Very slow service. No direct instruction to clients. Some of their staffs are not accomodating Some also have attitudes.
