I do not recommend seeking admission here based on my recent experience. I was very dissatisfied with how the ER staff and physicians treated both incoming patients and outside personnel providing endorsements. There were unnecessarily long waiting times for both patients and responders, regardless of the urgency of the case. The staff came across as unfriendly and unaccommodating, and the overall workflow felt chaotic. The layout also added to the confusion, as the triage area is quite far from the main ER, creating additional delays and disorganization. I sincerely hope the hospital can improve its system, processes, and staff approach to provide better care for patients in the future.

my husband was admitted Dec.29 to 31st. 2025 . We got the Suite room , for my husband comfort , easy access and privacy, but we were very disappointed , the room itself was huge , living room with full sofa setb, dining table ,sink with enough counter space , the bathroom had a water heater and rainshower head .But the bathroom stink ,always wet and damp ,water dripping somewhere behind the sink or toilet tank or bidet . the sofa you can not sit on it unless put cover on the faux leather had rips . the celling vent over by patient bed has Mold look likes a black mold and the first night we stay , I killed 2 cockroaches. My husband got sicker for that 2 night he stayed , one of his problem was respiratory, so the room situation make it worse. That's the reason he didn't want stay longer even the doctor dont allowed him to leave yet . Another thing we were not inform what's going with him they just pumping up more medication and we had No idea what that meds for .

My wife was in labor for 8 hours, and then it was determined that she barely escaped with her life by a cesarean section. Fortunately, everything ended well. The child was isolated from the mother for 2 days. How can that be possible?! The nurse said she would deliver the child soon, but for 8 hours, nothing was known. I am reporting this to the appropriate authorities and making it public. I do not greet these doctors.
