I did a hearing test here and at Digital Hearing Solutions, to be sure of the results. The 2 clinics look professional, the results were pretty much the same, and there is a wait. The essential difference between the clinics is that in this clinic the doctor does everything, compared to the other clinic, there is a doctor who first checks you in general, then a technician does the hearing test, and then another doctor is needed to explain the results. It affects the cost, the time, the personal attention, and the attention to details. If I were an insurance company I might choose the other clinic, but as a customer this clinic is better.

Doctor knowledgeable and professional. Receptionist/assistant was not. I phone the day before and she told me to come in between 12-1 so I did. I had to wait nearly an hour for the doctor to come back. For that whole hour, she was on the phone on speaker gossiping and the highest volume while shouting

Doctor here doesn't know what their doing. Had an ear check-up here a few months ago due to a "weird feeling" in my left ear. Assumed it might be earwax build up or possibly even a bug. So when the doctor came to see me and checked my ear, they said there were no abnormalities and ended just giving me an Ear Anatomy 101. After weeks of enduring the feeling in my ear, went to had a 2nd opinion from another doctor recently and they actually found earwax build-up and cleaned it.
