They will try their very best to sell you expensive frames to start things with. Explanation of 'glasses terms' were all in jargons, likely to confuse and a way to charge more. I was fitted by the doctor a pair that I agreed to wear but on pickup day it was totally different. They all made efforts to either have me agree to the 'wrong' product they made or have me spend more to get the "right" lens for me. I will get a second a second pair from another brand. If in any case I am able to prove my point, I'm going to file a complaint to DTI.
