“The doctor is very approachable and answers all my questions. The staff that assisted me was also kind. I'm just disappointed because the frame I bought from them was expensive but the frame was given to me deformed. The assembly of the lens and frame is ugly. The cut of the lens is not good. It was just forced to fit in the frame to the point that the screws were lifted. Disappointing since I invested 8k+ for glasses. If you want ideal vision, I suggest you go to SM Taytay to get glasses made. I had them remake my eyeglasses, and I was satisfied with the quality of the workmanship, but I needed to buy new lenses, so I had an extra expense. 😩”
