Just this morning I went to their branch at SM City Cebu, the one located infront of Penshoppe.. There is this lady staff whose service was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. She was so friendly and took time to educate me on how to properly take care of my glasses. It’s just sad that I forgot to ask her name. But I really do wish the universe will reward her of her kindness, she’s one of the few who definitely deserves it. Will pray for her. Keep it up lady!

My sunglasses were a bit unbalanced and Dr. Ran kindly helped me fix it, with patience and professionalism. All was free!

I'm disappointed with my experience at Ideal Vision in SM City - Cebu. After an unsuccessful initial lens fitting, where the intermediate vision was completely blurry despite a week's trial, I returned for a replacement. Although the replacement lens was a cheaper brand than the original P7,500 lens, I was still charged 50% of the cost. I had anticipated a free replacement, given the initial fitting's failure. While I suspect the doctor may have been trying to justify the situation, I chose not to argue. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
