I can't understand all the bad reviews, I've been a customer of this store for years and have always been satisfied. All the staff have always been helpful and the quality of the glasses is excellent.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT IDEAL VISION BRANCH AT SM CLARK! This store is all about sales, with absolutely no regard for customer service. The staff seems more interested in chatting among themselves than in assisting customers, and they lack any real knowledge about the products they're selling. They'll try to push expensive items that you don't need. If you request an assessment, they rush through it and won’t even show you the results. I wanted to know the grade but she immediately crumpled the paper that shows the result of the eye test.. Instead, she insist you purchase a frame or glasses first and consult their so-called doctors. I ended up buying glasses for my son but deeply regret it. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's not worth it here!

Im very disatisfied with this store. I paid 36,000 peso for Crizal transition glasses that transition only held up into the sun. Do not transtion when im wearing them even when im looking directly into the sun. My complaints went into deaf ears and arguements. I guess its up to me to just purchase separate sunglasses from a reputable company. I also checked with Crizal who stated how to check if my glasses are true Crizal lenses. I placed my glasses momentarily in the refrigerator and blew on them to fogthe lenses. There was no mark on the lens for UV or FUV. These lenses are not true Crizal lenses. This store is totally fraudulent. I will take further legal action against this store.
