This place is Clean and has air conditioner perfect for pets. The staff are nice but when i asked the doctor how much is the grooming fee she said it was 400php so i agreed cause that's cheaper than PetExpress (500). but after grooming, they charged me 500php. I didn't say anything nalang para di masira araw ko. But if that's the case i should've just go to PetExpress to get the Best service. 🙄

I visited this animal clinic a few days ago and left extremely disappointed with the service. The veterinarian seemed unsure of what was happening with my dog and didn’t even perform a proper physical examination to assess his overall condition. Instead, she immediately recommended a CBC and several other tests. I agreed to everything, trusting it would help lead to an accurate diagnosis. However, even after running multiple tests, she still couldn’t identify my dog’s condition. Despite this, she prescribed an excessive amount of medication that didn’t help at all because there was still no clear diagnosis. This lack of proper assessment and treatment eventually led to the passing of my dog. Very unprofessional staff. Imagine your dog is dying, the veterinarian is trying to revive your pet, and the other staff outside especially the groomers are singing karaoke. The vet even had to tell them to tone it down. It's understandable that they were closed for regular services, but they still have customer during that time. I do not recommend this clinic and will never return.
