I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The staff were unorganized, and there was a clear lack of professionalism. When patients raised concerns, the staff would side with whoever they were speaking to at the moment, even to the extent of becoming confrontational. There was no sense of integrity in their communication. Instead of addressing the issues properly, they would make passive-aggressive remarks and even join in mocking those who were expressing valid complaints. This is by far the worst service I’ve encountered

Ridiculously charged ₱7,615 for a simple finger wound suture. The facilities are outdated, and the place felt unhygienic. Totally unreasonable for the kind of service provided. Feels like outright robbery. Would not recommend.

Why bother set an appointment if you have surgery in OR scheduled. No one bothers to reply text messages and the receptionist has no idea how long more is the wait time after over 1 hour of waiting . No one bothers to call back to reschedule . We are not talking about customer service here. We are talking about sick patients seeking treatment. I believe the hospital needs to be audited by the necessary government authority to ensure they pass a minimum criteria in order to remain open .
