HLO Drug Testing

This is an official LTO medical testing center. The test costs P600. You don't have to wait much and that is good. You just have to fill up the form they have, wait to be called and then you will be issued a medical certificate for use in LTO license renewal.

The whole place is still stuck in the 90s. From manual receipt, to inconsistent processes where they allow an individual to process multiple applications at once. 20 mins, waited to be called for payment. Process only started upon payment. it took 20 mins because the person managing the payments is not focused at what he's doing. Attending to phone calls, browsing through his phone and smiling - yeah, thats work related. After payment, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes before being called for medical processing. Medical took only 5 mins. There is also a couple of fixers roaming around. I dont know what kind of fixing you need to do for a medical exam? pass all health questions? Get your LTO accredited medical exam somewhere else

Waited 2 hours to be entertainrd after filling out the form, worst LTO medical clinic. The employees are always on their phones, not sure if it isfor personal/business reason.
