When we arrived at 12 pm, there were people waiting. The line only moved an hour later, even if the scheduled opening time of the clinic was supposed to be 12 pm. We waited until 2 pm only to find out that what we needed to be done can’t be finished. Why didn’t they just say at the start that they can’t do it?
