The staff are very friendly and professional. The services are so affordable and results are released on time. This clinic is highly recommended.

Takes too long for the result to be given, may need to wait until 6pm or past that, there is also numbering in the morning and OB arrives 3pm

EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED Receptionists seemed disinterested and indifferent to our (my daughter and I) presence. I greeted and didn't able to get any reply. I remained compose and told her (Staff #1) about our concern. (........ long silence.... as if i'm only talking to my self). She looked for the request. I gave it to her. She didn't provide us any guidance regarding the procedures we needed to follow. Instead, we were just told to sit down (and make a guess maybe). I followed up later, she (Staff #2) responded rudely. So disrespectful. When my daughter was called I was told that parent is not allowed inside the room. I was surprised then. I suppose to assist and comfort her. So I just sat down and waited. The doctor and the assistant to the doctor treated her so rude, with sarcasm when they verified the details of my daughter. Both are not approachable. Overall, our experience at Hivalue Laboratory was strongly disappointing. The unprofessionalism and poor communication exhibited by the personnel were very disgusting. VERY LOW VALUE indeed. I strongly urge the management to address these issues to prevent dissatisfaction among customers.
