They do air conduction testing and that’s it. You’ll get a diagnosis right away and will be prescribed with their hearing aids. No cross checking was performed. I believe that a diagnosis should only be made once you’ve performed a test battery which should include at least a bone conduction test, immittance test, etc.
Low quality customer service, their website says they have earwax cleaning and was redirected to someone else and they said no cleaning. They should fix their website, wrong advertisement
