Hi-Precision Diagnostics -Taytay Rizal Branch

I go here for labs and consults. There’s always a long line and always full of patients especially morning until noon. It is faster compared to most since I do not have to wait for my turn for the whole day unlike in other hospitals or clinics. I guess that is why this place is always full and patients keep on coming back.

Arrived around 9am but took around 11am something to finish. There's no proper order of procedure, whichever calls you first and if you're not around or doing one of the other procedure they put you in a drawer which they also don't know or be forgotten. You have to complain first before you are even assisted like Newly arrived people are even getting done already but they forgotten about me since they buried my paper in a drawer. Didn't even apologize for their lack in customer service.

According to the schedule on your website, the doctor is supposed to be available from 7 AM to 3 PM. But when I checked with the Taytay branch, they said the doctor would arrive at 12 PM instead. This is confusing because patients rely on the schedule posted online when planning their visit. It was really inconvenient to go there early based on the 7 AM schedule, only to be told that the doctor wouldn’t be in until 12 PM. Reaching the branch by phone was also difficult. If the call had been answered earlier, I wouldn’t have needed to walk in just to find out that the schedule was different. I hope the schedule can be updated accurately and that communication with the branch can be improved to avoid inconvenience for other patients.
