Staff are friendly and respectful. Very efficient. I forgot a mask and one staff gave me one from his personal stash. Come early as soon as they open. The place gets packed as soon as they open.

For labs only, it is located at the back while imaging with labs would be at the front. The guard would just inform you about it. Place is qide enough but needs more fan during noon time or early afternoon. Their tv also needs to have entertainment shows since alot of people are using their service. Staffs are nice. They accept credit/debit cards which absolutely awesome. Bathrooms/CR are wide. Limited parking space

I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit to Hi-Precision, where I went to seek consultation for a high fever and to use my Maxicare insurance. Upon arrival, I approached the secretary at the doctor’s counter to ask about the process and requirements. Unfortunately, the interaction was unprofessional and unapproachable. The staff member appeared unfamiliar with proper procedures and did not provide clear or helpful guidance, which already set a discouraging tone for the visit. The process itself was very time-consuming and inefficient. I was instructed to go to the front desk to validate my insurance, then sent back again. After the doctor’s consultation, I was advised to undergo a CBC test and was once again directed to the front desk, where I had to fill out another form. It was only at this point that I was informed that a doctor’s signature was required for Maxicare coverage information that should have been communicated earlier. Prior to this, I had already asked the secretary about the next steps, yet this essential requirement was not mentioned, reflecting a lack of knowledge and coordination. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth and added stress, especially given my health condition at the time. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope the management can improve staff training, communication, and workflow efficiency to ensure a more professional and patient-centered experience in the future.
