I’ve been having my laboratory tests done here since 2018, and based on my experience, their services are not as bad as some 1-star reviews suggest. They have both a laboratory clinic and a doctor’s clinic, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff or doctors—they are all kind, approachable, and gentle. They open at 6:00 AM, and I recommend coming early, especially for APE. If you’re a walk-in and using HMO, make sure to clearly state that you’re an HMO patient, as “regular patient” seems to mean cash payment. Cash lines tend to be longer. Doctors usually arrive between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. On my recent visit, I arrived at 6:00 AM, my HMO was approved at 7:15 AM, and my breast ultrasound was done by 8:45 AM. The doctor was gentle and respectful, which I really appreciated. This clinic is still my first choice whenever I need laboratory tests.

There are two Hi-Precision centers in Jaka Plaza — one near Tropical Hut and another near the cellphone repair stations. If you're planning to have any tests done, I strongly recommend going to the one near the cellphone repair stations. That said, my experience was disappointing. I booked my MSK ultrasound a week in advance and was told at Windows 1 and 2 that I would be prioritized because of my early booking. Unfortunately, when I proceeded to the Imaging and Release counter, a staff member (the one wearing star-shaped pimple patches) informed me that I would have to be last because my test was “more complicated” than regular ultrasounds. I expressed my disappointment, especially when she casually told me I would still be the first in line for the MSK ultrasound. I asked, “What if there are 10 ordinary ultrasounds ahead of me?” She simply brushed it off. The reality? There were over 20 ultrasounds ahead of mine, and I ended up waiting 3.5 hours despite my early booking. The saving grace of this exhausting experience was the kind Muslim assistant who called out patients — she was calm, reassuring, and really listened to my concerns. Also, my doctor was very kind and accommodating, which helped ease the frustration. Overall, better communication and respect for scheduled appointments would go a long way. The staff at the frontlines must align their procedures and treat patients with more empathy.

Had so much bad experiences with HP Jaka branch. Never try this Branch, you better choose HP BF Homes Branch their service is commendable. Purpose: Annual Physical Exam 1. Super looooong wait 2. Misinformed. After 2hrs of waiting, the receptionist nurse will just tell you that you need the endorsement prior APE which should be informed first thing so the patient will not proceed. Also, our company doesn't need endorsement since we are auto enrolled with HP for APE purposes, but the branch refused to perform. 3. Service is very very poor, no sense of urgency, empath and concern to patients wherein lot of patients are complaining as well. 4. Receptionists/Nurses are not professionally trained to offer a good customer service, they will just respond to you with pointing a finger without even looking at you or nod once as they want.
