If it is already approved by the HMO shouldnt take 1 hour to line up for extraction. In this case, I had the HMO approval prior to arriving and it took 1 hour to handwrite the LOA by which time, I exceeded the fasting hours and close to blacking out because of hypoglycemia. Update: much better now

I had my CBC here last year. It cost ₱300, overall it's a good place to get your lab testing done. It's clean and modern with spacious seats. Although, it took us a very long-time to get to the blood extraction. We were waiting with others in queue as well. Besides that part, I understand since they also came there for different concerns. I just hope next time it could be a little faster. But I liked the medical technologist who was very kind and friendly, she made sure I was okay and ready to get it done. I also asked her if it's okay to have my iron pills, she said the results will be higher since the pills already took effect. The receptionist was also helpful and very pleasant. I recommend this branch for first-timers who haven't gotten a CBC or any kind of laboratory testing. You can also get your results online. In the afternoon, it's better to go here since they have less people in line while in the morning there's a lot of patients waiting. It's better to get here by 1 PM to avoid the lines.

Accommodating even when I arrived near closing time. The process took longer because they confused my name with my sister's records (which should not have happened if they double-checked properly). They fixed the error immediately. Mode of payment: Cash
