Prepare to be amazed! The Hi-Precision Diagnostics Clinic at Laguna Central Santa Rosa Laguna has undergone a remarkable transformation that will leave you in awe. I have to admit, in my first review, I gave them a 1-star rating. But after my recent visit, I can confidently say that they have done an incredible job in improving their services. First of all, they have moved to a brand new location at Laguna Central mall, which is way better than their previous one. The parking area is spacious, and for a minimal one-time fee of 20 pesos, you can park your car securely. From the reception area to the toilets, the clinic is close to impeccable and immaculate. You can tell that it is relatively new, but I hope the maintenance of this facility will be sustained in the long run. I was also impressed to see sanitation crews doing their job, ensuring that the clinic is clean and tidy. During my visit, I checked-in at 7:23 AM for an 8 AM blood extraction. And let me tell you, the queue monitoring system has improved a lot! You can see your queue number from reception up to extraction on a screen, making it easier to keep track of your turn. I was amazed that it took less than 30 minutes to complete my turn. On my second visit, two days after, it only took 17 minutes to complete a single test. That's some impressive service! Lastly, the HP employees are helpful and courteous. They make sure to explain the procedures clearly and answer any questions that patients may have. Their customer service has improved significantly, making the overall experience more pleasant and comfortable. In conclusion, Hi-Precision Diagnostics Clinic at Laguna Central Santa Rosa Laguna is now a top-notch medical facility that provides affordable and excellent service. From their new location, improved queue monitoring system, and impeccable facilities, the clinic has truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who needs medical tests or check-ups.

Went to this branch on Monday morning, there's a lot of customers but the efficiency of their service is commendable. Very organize and the staffs are polite and respectful. I also wanted to thank Ms. Raven who made extra mile by assisting me getting approved with most of my laboratory test with my HMO. 👍🏻🙂

Super slow processing even when you arrive at 6am. The staff were late so the reception only had limited open counters. It took 45 minutes to process - and I even had an LOA from my HMO. In other branches, I would’ve been done in an hour. This branch is very frustratingly slow.
