Hi-Precision Diagnostics Plus SM Aura

Set my appointment thru their Hi-Precision mobile app. Went there Monday and luckily no long queue. Completed my blood extraction. It took me around 30mins to complete the procedure including wait times and filling out forms (personal info & HMO details).

I was initially reluctant to come here due to the overwhelmingly negative reviews and notably low ratings. However, my PEME was already arranged and confirmed by my employer to be conducted at this branch, so I had no choice. To my surprise, the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected. Based on earlier feedback, it seems there have been improvements. I arrived around 8:49 A.M. and was finished by 12 noon. Compared to my previous visit at the Hi-Precision General Trias branch where the staff were unapproachable and seemed uninterested in their work. This experience was noticeably better! P.S. Since I arrived earlier than the mall’s official opening, it was quite hot at first. The branch is in an open area with no doors separating it from the mall, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be on yet. I’d recommend bringing a portable mini fan or a manual hand fan for comfort if you're scheduled early. Thus the 3 stars. One star off for the “Imaging” staff who weren’t proactive. There were about 4–5 of them and despite not being busy, they gave only minimal responses and mostly sat with their heads down, seemingly scrolling on their phones.

I called the customer service hotline. I was taken aback because I was provided inaccurate information about pricing. I ended up paying more than I was told. I did not have insurance. But I didn't have to wait long. I got my bloodwork done in 30 minutes.
