super smooth transaction. lab result available by afternoon when you get there first thing in the morning. Use entrance of Powerplant mall, said entrance is open as early as 630am for H-precision customers. I got there 7am, fill out forms, then payment, followed by extraction. I was finished around 730am. mode of payment cash,gcash, debit/credit card. staff are accommodating based on my experience.

I was so nervous about my visit because of all the poor reviews. Service is fine but it’s true you have to wait for the physical exam for so so long for it to be so rushed lang din. Good thing nalang everyone was nice to me naman, not like the other reviews 4 hours total - 1 hr registration, blood extraction, xray, samples - 3 hrs waiting for physical exam Friday 7:48 AM - arrived, blood test urine and stool and xray was pretty quick and i hardly ever waited but best to be on it and ask whats next after every step/ where to go/ etc. High hopes 8:30 AM - lined up for physical exam 9:50 AM - asked for progress, 7 people in front of me still 10:55 AM - 3 people in front of me 11:45 AM - physical exam, approx 7 minutes start to end Can’t there be a messaging system or approx time for ur turn so u can eat/ literally do anything else inside the mall. Imagine fasting for blood test and then having to wait x hours after so u don’t miss it when they call u..
