Hi-Precision Diagnostics Plus - Ortigas Branch

I arrived at 7:15 AM and finished my PEME in just about an hour since there were fewer people, which made the process faster and more convenient. The staff and doctor were very kind and polite throughout, and since this was my first time here, I can honestly say I’m satisfied with the overall experience.

I arrived at 1PM and I was almost done with my Physical Exam by 2PM had I provided my lab test samples earlier. I think it's fast enough. Thankfully, I didn't need to wait long for each step.

I was quite nervous about visiting this branch because of the Google ratings and some reviews, but I had a positive experience. The clinic wasn’t that full and I was the first to arrive 20 minutes before opening. The staff attended to those of us in line and let us in quite early. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Operations were quite efficient because I didn’t want that long for my blood test. Results can easily be accessed online. Would come back to this branch! I only gave -1 star because I had to get an ultrasound and the doctor was over an hour late. I had to fill my bladder before it and I really had to go already. However, I am grateful that the staff attended to me and the doctor took responsibility and apologized. Results were also provided swiftly!
