I had a smooth experience with this branch. The staff is very accommodating and mabait especially yung girl na maputi who assisted my daughter in the ultrasound section. Thank you HP 🙂

Limited parking fronting the clinic but extra spaces are available across the street if you arrive early morning; Comfortable air-conditioned waiting area with clean toilets; Staff were courteous and efficient; There was a “floor manager” who guided customers inside through the registration and testing/extraction process and even directed parking outside; Reasonable prices for their services; Their procedures were orderly and smooth such that I was done and out in less than an hour; Results were available online or by pickup the next day; Highly recommended.

Quite efficient and staff are friendly. To best prepare, check their website or call their hotline for full rundown of what you need to prep for per tests & ask how long the wait especially for blood extractions. Fyi some tests might require appointment. I did walk in through. Was there at 6am opening and was already #14. They get packed fast but there was also good movement in terms of processing.
