I have super low expectations coming in because of the reviews but it was actually a pretty good service. There were already a few people when I came in around 7:15am and my number was called after around thirty minutes which I expected given the number of people already there. My tests were done in less than 15mins after that. What took long was me waiting to feel the need to urinate. The doctor was super nice and made me feel comfortable. The reception staff were helpful with my questions too.

I arrived early and I was surprised that I finished my PEME in just 2 hours despite the negative reviews. The branch is small and has limited seating so you might end up standing when it gets full. For the urinalysis and fecalysis collection, there is only one restroom for men and one for women and it also seems to be the public restroom for all patients so the line gets long. The reception staff were nice based on my experience even though they were busy. The staff member assisting at the front door with the forms and queue numbers isn’t always there. So if you don’t catch them, you’ll have to ask the reception yourself about the steps and your number if you’re not familiar with the process. Just manage your expectations and try to arrive as early as 7 AM. Updated review: I had my PEME on December 4, and my results were uploaded to the Makati Portal for my Health Certificate only on December 19. They initially said results would be uploaded within 7–10 days but the site was down for almost four days, which caused a significant delay. Good thing my start date was still far off. Good luck to those who need the results to be uploaded urgently.

Feedback for Hi-Precision Ayala Branch I would like to share my experience during my recent visit for a physical exam. I waited for almost two hours before being attended to. I already followed up multiple times with both the male and female receptionists, but they were unable to give me a clear answer to my simple question about what number I was in the queue. There weren’t many patients at that time, yet I noticed that one of the receptionists seemed to be holding my paper after asking the staff member organizing the queue. It appeared that my record was not properly placed in line, which might explain why I ended up being eighth in the queue despite arriving earlier. The process was quite disorganized, and it was difficult to communicate with the staff. Other patients who arrived around the same time as I did were already done, while I was still waiting. I hope the management can improve the system for handling patient queues and ensure better coordination among staff. It’s very stressful and time-consuming for patients, especially when the process could be made more efficient. My patience is long, but time is valuable — I hope future patients won’t have to go through the same experience.
