As per my experience, I went last July 14 for a test. I'd say the overall process was fast. I didn't take more than an hour there. In addition, their reception was spacious and everything was organized. Finally, they told me the result would come out after 2-3 days, but that's not true, it came out the day after. Was there first Friday at 10am but left to many waiting people so I was again today Saturday 25th November 2024 at 6:30am...there were only a few people around 10 but at 7am around 20 and 7:30am around 30 persons. When you enter you get a number...you wait your number...when they call you...you tell what you need and choose your blood programm (see picture)...if done you get a new number to wait another desk to pay in advance...when you paid...waiting again until they call you for service...all in all 1h15min👍😍compare my country you enter...staff very nice to me. around July 25, 2025 Friday. HP’s receptionist in Alabang was angry and shouted at me stating there’s no doctor and that i should go on a Saturday which i cant since i have to go somewhere. next time do not shout at me at wag kang pala desisyon sa buhay ko wala kang karapatan. thank you.
